QUVRTZ (QUARTZ, 쿼츠), stylized as QUⱯRTZ, is a quintet consisting of 5 members: RII, RED, BREY, BLUE & BUN. The group was previously known as QU4RTZ (QUARTZ), a quartet with 2 sub-units: REveRIe (RII, RED) and BLYSS (BREY, BLUE).Starting off their journey as a K-pop cover group, the first release of QUVRTZ was a cover of LOONA's Not Friends (with member BUN) that was made available on Youtube on September 7, 2021. BUN had stepped down January 1, 2022, being replaced by member BLUE. As of October 29, 2022, BUN returned back to the lineup of QUVRTZ.On August 13, 2023, it was officially announced that BUN would join QUVRTZ BLYSS. Anything released as a duo for the BBB members is considered BLYSS, while a full trio release will fall under the name QUVRTZ BLYSS+.Previously, QUVRTZ releasesscovers/original songs every week or so. Sometimes as a quintet, and sometimes featuring other coverists in their community. QUVRTZ can be found on Youtube and also have a Discord server where they interact with fans and other artists.Currently, they are focusing on their original music and only releasing covers once in a while.
